Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy

Trauma Informed Yoga is a somatic 'bottom-up' approach to healing from the pysiological effects of trauma. It allows for psychoeducation & to befriend the nervous system to begin the natural healing processes held within us. A gentle body based approach that helps to widen our window of tolerance to be able to gradually handle the body's natural responses.

Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga is tailored to you to help support you through areas in your life that may need an adapted & person centred approach. With fused knowledge of yoga you can expect to find a blend of styles including Hatha/Vinyasa, Restorative & Yin as well as Myofascial Release to aid in your wellbeing aims. Useful for returning to yoga following injury or supporting you through physiotherapy plans.
