Retreat With Us

Join us on one of our weekend retreats & immerse yourself in the ultimate weekend designed to allow for you to switch off, unwind & restore. We aim to bring you to carefully selected venues around the UK helping you to connect into nature & our wonderful UK landscapes.

All our Retreats are fully inclusive & invitational. We include various activities which are all optional throughout your weekend so you can drop into the moment & choose how you want to spend your time.

We offer our retreats fully inclusive of accomodation, breakfast, lunch & dinner so once you arrive, you can begin to settle into relaxation. Our optional add ons can include relaxation treatments or activities you may choose to opt into, giving you flexibility to tailor make your retreat.

We aim to bring in seasonal touches into our retreats with activities that reflect our seasonal intention & the surrounding areas, making the most of the beauty around us at carefully chosen venues.

Each retreat considers practices that are suitable for those attending, making our practices accessible with your wellbeing at the forefront.

Each retreat is led by our Lead Yoga Teacher, Katie, a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher.
