Refund & Cancellation Policy
Online Events
Online classes & courses are non refundable from the point of booking, please ensure you are able to attend the class or course prior to booking. We reserve the right to cancel any online classes at any time, refunds will be issued in full if cancelled by the host.

Singular Classes In Person
You may change or cancel any singular class within the members area online up to 24 hours prior to the class start time.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless we are able to fill the space, should the space be filled, a full refund will be issued in the same method used on the booking, or you may rearrange the booking for the same service or service of the same amount. In the event of no shows or late arrival, the member forfeits the payment & no refund will be issued.

Courses In Person
Courses can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the course start date, refunds for courses cancelled within 48 hours will be non-refundable unless the course place can be filled. Refunds can not be issued once the course starts or for any part of the course you are unable to attend.

Workshops
Workshops can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event start date, refunds for workshops cancelled within 48 hours will be non-refundable unless the space can be filled.

Private Sessions
All private sessions are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to make the scheduled session, you may rearrange the date of your session if within 24 hours of the booked session. Within the 24 hours notice period the session is forfeited by the individual.

Day Retreats
Day Retreats can be cancelled up to 7 calendar days prior to the Retreat start date, refunds for Retreats cancelled within 7 days will be non-refundable, you may send an alternative attendee in place of the cancelled space.
You are responsible for your own safety during our retreats & withdraw any liability against Growth & Gratitude & any associated parties for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
Please refer to your booking information regarding retreats that last longer than one day.

​We reserve the right to withhold further bookings on your account should repeated no shows occur.
We endeavour to ensure your classes, events and workshops run smoothly, however, should we need to cancel any event for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.

Hire Cancellations
Hire of the studio can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the Hire start date & time, payment is required on the receipt of invoice which secures your booking. You must hold commercial insurance to cover your intended activities in the studio. Growth & Gratitude are not liable for any accidents that occur during your hire, you are responsible for any breakages or damage to eny equipment during your hire.
