We also have Tables & Chairs for workshops.
Our studio has a small kitchen area for food preparation inlcuding kettle, tea urn & fridge.
Our Studio's capacity can comfortablly hold space for up to 12 yoga mats for body based use.
We have equipment to use up to 8 chairs with tables for workshops though the room can easily accomodate more tables & chairs to 16 people +
Our Studio is perfect for creative workshops, Yoga & mindfulness retreats & offerings as well as individual private therapy sessions.

Our studio is a perfect space for wellbeing practitioners, healthcare professionals & local creatives to hold workshops, day retreats, support groups & more.
Our space is adaptable to suit your needs with a calm environment to find peace or tap into creativity.
Located in Hoghton, a semi rural village just outside Preston, we are close to M6, M61 & M65 motorway links with parking available outside the studio.
On our doorstep we have rolling hills, Hoghton Tower & Hoghton Bottoms which offers a great landscape nearby for walks from the studio.
Inside, we have a fully equipped movement studio, toilet facilities & a small kitchen which includes Tea/Coffee making facilities. Our kitchen houses space to bring in food preparation equipment such as slow cookers for day retreats.
Availability ranges from weekend & evening hire on a ad hoc basis to frequent weekly or monthly hire.
