Here at Growth & Gratitude Wellbeing Studio, we believe in a space that harnesses your connection to your sense of wellbeing & creativity.
We offer regular weekly yoga classes in Preston alongside Trauma Informed Yoga, Therapy & Creative Wellness. We're dedicated to bringing you a space to come home to yourself through somatic movement, yoga & art. You'll find all you need here to lean into a deeper connection to your practice & self with yoga, mindful creative activities & therapy that aid in spiritual & personal growth in a supportive environment.
