Crystal Healing is a form of gentle energy healing, which works t clear, cleanse and balance energy blockages within the physical and spiritual body. Crystals have a naturally occuring energy vibration and it is this which, when used on the body, can have healing effects. It can be used in conjunction with traditional healthcare to provide a deeper, holistic way of healing.
Meet your Practitioner
Niamh – Selenite Sister – is a Crystal Healer, Guidance Tarot Reader and full time PhD Research Student in Religion, International Relations specialising in Witchcraft, Paganism and Feminism. She has an innate, organic need to guide women to be their most centred & aligned selves through the gentle, natural healing energy of crystals. Her approach to holistic healing is entirely intuitive and female-centric, specifically focused on women and female energy, she uses crystals as her healing tools to identify blockages within the body that may be hindering physical, emotional or spiritual wellness.
She has always been drawn to crystals and always remained a constant in her life, but through a period of darkness in her life, she found light in the healing energy of crystals, rooting her firmer into her identity as a witch and becoming a Certified Crystal Healer.
Niamh has a profound interest in the deep-seated trauma that, as a collective all women carry which mentally, spirituality, emotionally and physically metamorphosises into what is considered the ‘Witch-Wound’. This trauma comes from the atrocities of the witch-hunts, and the lasting legacy of the treatment of women. Her personal and vocational interests are passionately embedded in witch history and the lives of women who identify as such today. What to expect?
Crystal Healing is a form of gentle energy healing, that identifies blockages and imbalances within the physical and spiritual body.
Your Crystal Healing session is completely tailored to you and your needs: before the start of the session, we will have a 10-15 min consultation, where we can discuss motivations, needs and outcomes of the session. Starting with an in-depth full body smoke cleanse using incense and Clear Quartz, moving on to a body scan using my Clear Quartz pendulum – this will allow me to pick up on any over-arching blockages or ‘hot areas’. From here, crystals are placed (chosen for your session) on the body and used to unblock and cleanse your energy centres/areas of blockages, using two Selenite wands, before closing with another full body smoke cleanse.
All crystals are cleansed and charged before your session and will be programmed at your session when I am aware of the needs of the session.
Previous clients have come to me for Crystal Healing with needs/issues such as: fertility issues, physical pain, fatigue, loss of self, self-doubt, stagnancy, a moment of self-love, sleep trouble, nightmares and more.
Sessions are dependent on the outcome of the individual: one session may be sufficient; however, I do recommend a session every 3 months.
These sessions align with the Trauma Informed ethos of Growth & Gratitude – however, in order for me to conduct your session, there will be a brief moment of contact as I place the crystals on your body, and then take them off your body at the end of the session. Your consent will always be sought during the session when placing and removing crystals.
There is the option to place the crystals around your person, but this will not have the same impact. As well, in order for me to conduct the majority of the session I will have to move up and down the body for my cleansing and unblocking: I will only ever move back and forth on your right side and stand at the head to cleanse your Crown area.
