We offer private tuition on a 1:1 basis or 2:1 basis alongside private & corporate group bookings. Our therapeutic yoga, aims to give you space to focus on key areas tailored to you.
From stress reduction & management to recovery sessions from sports, we aim to meet you where you are & hold a supportive environment so you can focus on your own wellbeing & what matters to you.
We can help you put plans in place following physiotherapy or help you elevate your practice.
Sessions can be held in your home or workplace or in our studio depending on availability.
