Event Details
Join us for a walk and social at Growth & Gratitude! Bring your family and furry friends for a social and enjoy the beautiful scenery, followed by a stop at a nearby Pub or Café for a drink. Everyone is welcome to join & get to know your fellow yogi's. We'll meet at Rivington Barn Café at 10am prompt before heading up towards Healey Nab, through Anglezarke climb & returning back down to Rivington Café for an optional beverage. Start & End Location: Great House Barn, Bolton BL6 7SB Route Info: 8 miles / Approx 3.5 hours / Difficulty: Good level of fitness required Terrain: Mainly hiking trails & paved roads with One very steep section / Livestock may be along route Please ensure to wear suitable footwear & clothing for the weather on the day. You are responsible for your own welfare & safety during this event. Please ensure you have read the Policy during checkout.

I accept that by partaking in any social event held with Growth & Gratitude I am responsible for my own welfare & accept that there may be risks or hazards to my person and/or property including (but are not limited to): 1. Injury due to trips or falls 2. Inclement weather conditions 3. Walking in rugged countryside includes encounters with wildlife and livestock 4. In appropriate clothing/footwear provision 5. Dehydration/energy management I agree to ensure that I make sufficient preparations for the social event by; - Understanding the duration & difficulty of the event & deciding if the event is within my own capabilities. - Ensuring I am well enough on the day of the event to take part. - Equipping myself, & any persons or dogs I choose to bring with me, with appropriate clothing, footwear, nutrition & water. - Ensuring any dogs in my care are appropriately vaccinated, handled at all times, recalled & kept on a lead when required to do so, ensuring no livestock, persons or other dogs are put at risk & are cleaned up after in the appropriate way. I understand that by partaking in this social event I release any liability from Growth & Gratitude and any affiliated party. I understand that a qualified First Aider will be present at all social events & understand it is my responsibility to seek out who that person is at the beginning of the event. We endeavour to keep you as safe as possible during the event within the scope of the outlined social event. In the event of changes outside of our control, we will make any changes to the event 24hours prior to the event starting should it be deemed necessary for your safety.
