Do you often feel stressed or experience Anxiety, Headaches, Burnout, Digestive Issues or unexplained pain? What about low energy levels or a sense of hopelessness? Stress can present itself in the body in many different ways & long term stress responses can lead to poor immune responses, leaving us unable to recover from illness or frequent illnesses, strain on our nervous system as well as ruminating, loud thoughts. If this sounds familiar, our Self Care for Stressed Souls Workshop is for you. During this workshop we'll look to understand how our Nervous System works & how Yoga can help. You'll be supported by Katie, an Accredited Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher as we discover & explore techniques to help you create a toolkit for your Self Care tailored to you. What will you learn? - A brief overview of the Nervous System & How this can effect our body - How Yoga calms the nervous system & explore techniques you can take anywhere - Learn how to soothe & discharge Energy attuning to your nervous system - Integrate the techniques learnt into a Self Care Plan - How to put together a Self Care Toolkit to expand your Self Care at home & on the go. Who is this Workshop for? - Those who experience Anxiety, Stress, Burnout & busy Lifestyles - Those looking to develop a better relationship with their self care - Anyone looking to learn more about the Nervous System - Those looking to integrate Yoga into their everyday life off the mat. - Those interested in Nervous System Health & Trauma Informed Yoga & wanting to explore if this may work for them What you'll need - Anything that makes you feel comfortable & safe - Wear comfortable clothing, layers are useful to keep warm

Workshops can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the event start date, refunds for workshops cancelled within 48 hours will be non-refundable unless the space can be filled.
