Join Katie, our resident pregnancy yoga teacher, for a transformative 6-week prenatal yoga program tailored to nurture your body and mind during pregnancy. Each session includes a full yoga class specifically designed for the pregnant body and is infused with a weekly theme to support your journey into motherhood: MOVE: Learn safe yoga postures to nurture your body and prepare for birth. BREATHE: Practice breathwork techniques to stay calm and in control during pregnancy and labour. ANATOMY: Explore active birth positions and pelvic floor exercises to help your baby move through the pelvis. VISUALISE: Enjoy guided relaxations to envision the birth you desire. SURRENDER: Understand how hormones and your birth environment play a crucial role in achieving a positive birth. HONOUR: Reframe birth as a powerful rite of passage to be celebrated, not feared. After each class you will receive an online guide in case you want to explore the weekly theme further. Take this time for yourself to: - Move your body and build strength. - Connect with baby. - Calm your mind with breathwork and relaxation. - Connect with other mums-to-be. - Gain invaluable birth education to feel informed and empowered. - Whether you're a first-time mum or experienced parent, this course is your chance to prepare for the birth you deserve. This is a hybrid course. The first class is in-person at the Growth and Gratitude studio where we get to know the rest of the group, building that all important post-partum community. The following 5 weeks are online, giving you the chance to practice in the comfort and privacy of your own home. You will have the option to join a WhatsApp group with the other students so you can support each other throughout the rest of your pregnancy and into motherhood. Please Note: This yoga class is suitable from the second trimester (after your 12 week scan) to full-term. Cancellation Policy

Courses can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the course start date, refunds for courses cancelled within 48 hours will be non-refundable unless the course place can be filled. Refunds can not be issued once the course starts or for any part of the course you are unable to attend. Our Trauma Informed Yoga Courses can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the start date, we are not able to refund the course after this date unless we are able to fill the space. We are not able to offer any refunds for any missed sessions of any of our courses.
