Allow the gentle energy of crystals to cleanse & balance your chakras, re-centre & ground you back into spiritual, physical & mental alignment. These classes are non-movement/non-invasive that allow for an hour of complete mindful bliss, with a sprinkling of crystal magic Bring all your comfy cozy’s so you feel truly *zen* These sessions require crystals to be placed on your body in line with your 7 chakra’s these will usually be placed on top of blankets if you choose to use one - if there are areas you would like me to avoid, please let us know before the start of the class
