Our Foundations class helps build a strong base for those who are fairly new to yoga or those looking for a slower paced class. We will explore a wide variation of postures, introduce you to the power of the breath & meditation techniques while still keeping vinyasa sequencing. You can expect slower movements with plenty of chances to re try postures and modifications to suit a wide range of levels making this class perfect for beginners & those returning to a Yoga practice. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy mind & body on & off the mat.
