You’ll learn the foundational poses, breathing techniques, and philosophy behind the 8 limbs of yoga. Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, helping you cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace. A minimum attendance is required for this course, should the minimum attendance not be met we reserve the right to cancel the course & full refunds will be offered.
