A gentle yoga practice with heaps of guidance. This class is perfect for the absolute beginner. A slow paced class that allows you to find you way around your mat, explore what works for you & begin approaching a regular self care routine for your mind & body. You can expect a different class each week that focuses on different aspects of yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) & relaxation, all wrapped up with little pockets of philosophy weaved in.
