Cancellation Policy

All private sessions are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to make the scheduled session, you may rearrange the date of your session if more than 24 hours notice is given of the booked session. We are not able to reschedule your appointment within the 24hour period and is forfeited by the participant. We are not able to refund any sessions or reschedule sessions due to lateness and reserve the right not to continue with the session as deemed at the practitioners discretion, at which sessions are forfeited by the participant. We reserve the right to refuse future sessions due to unsociable behaviour verbally, physically or mentally towards our practitioners.
