Here at Growth & Gratitude, we believe in a space that harnesses your connection to your sense of wellbeing & creativity. 

We are a trauma informed yoga & creative wellbeing studio dedicated to bringing you a space to come home to yourself through somatic movement, yoga & art. You'll find all you need here to lean into a deeper connection to your practice with yoga & mindful creative activities that aid in spiritual & personal growth in a supportive environment.

I started practising with Katie last summer and I have been spoiled! Her classes are suitable for all levels and she is so supportive. I do both the weekly flow classes and the monthly chill classes and they have become a very necessary part of my routine. I recommend her to everyone.

Thank you Katie for your Self Care for Stressed Souls Workshop. You covered everything I needed to develop my own self care regime, from how the nervous system works, to strategies to deal with stress together with the opportunity to find out which worked best for me.
